About Equity School Ski

As our name suggests we always strive to bring real value to our relationships with schools. We achieve this by working in partnership with party leaders from the moment a booking is made.

Great Service:
All arrangements are made through a single point of contact. Everything from rooming to special diets, transport arrangements to ski-hire is organised through an expert tour coordinator.
If at any time you have any queries in regard to the organisation of your tour you can pick up the phone to a familiar voice.

Safety Management Policy:
Prepared for Head Teachers and School Governors, our policy details the processes and management systems that we have put into place to safeguard your group during your stay. Our safety management systems are audited by external bodies and include sample risk assessments as well as inspection standards and processes.

Launch Pack:
You will receive comprehensive support material that will cover everything you need to launch your school tour. Launch packs include posters, parent/pupil information and details of the proposed tour and you can also make full use of our new “Equity in Resort” film. In addition to all of this you also receive assistance from our experienced team of office staff and we are also happy to offer support with parents evenings.

Equity Ski Representative:
Your Equity rep will be on hand throughout your stay to make sure it is a success. They will help sort out the legwork when it comes to ski-passes and equipment, health and safety checks as well as fire-drills. They will also help out with planning and delivery of your SkiFAST and tailored après ski programmes.

Superb Resorts:
Our resorts, like our staff, are chosen because they have something special to offer. We exclusively lease many hotels with facilities or locations which are particularly suited to school groups. These could vary from nursery slopes nearby to low-cost lift passes, powerful snowmaking facilities or simply a friendly village resort with a great local ski school.


Free Programmes:
Our après ski programme combines education with excitement and fun. It gives an insight into the local language, culture, traditions and sports fitness as well as the local cuisine.
