From October to March you can call us from
08.00 to 18.00 Monday to Friday,
09.00 to 16.00 on Saturday and
10.00 to 14.30 on Sunday.
Our normal office hours at other times are 09.00 — 17.15.

we will help find the right resort for your group. We can make a provisional reservation for you and hold it for two weeks without obligation, giving you time to collect deposits.
Confirm your Reservation
Send your Confirmation Booking form and deposits of £80 per paying person through to us and we will do the rest. For administration purposes you will need to provide us with a full party names list at the time you pay your first deposits. This information is also required by the insurance company and cancellation cover for your party is immediately provided. Second deposits of £100 per paying person are due 10 weeks later. We will send through your launch pack and everything else you may need including literature, posters and savings cards.
Final Arrangements
Your final invoice is sent 12 weeks before departure with the balance to be returned to us no later than 10 weeks before departure. In order to maintain our price guarantee this invoice must be paid by the due date. All travel documents will be sent to you 2 weeks before departure.
Amendment Fees
We will always avoid these when we can. If you have a simple name change caused by cancellation and immediate replacement, then provided tickets have not been issued, we will make this change free of charge. Please bear in mind that if tickets have been issued there will inevitably be an amendment fee of at least £30 or perhaps much more if you are booked on a Scheduled Airline. In this case it may be cheaper to claim Cancellation Fees under the insurance policy then make a separate re-booking.
