Family Concessions
We recognise that you may have difficulty organising a school ski course due to family commitments so we are pleased to offer concessions to the Party Leader's immediate family.
Spouse: student rate plus adult lift pass supplement
Child under 2 years: free
Child 2-16 years: 25% reduction
- Minimum 30 paying members
- Maximum 2 children per group
- Under 2's share air/coach seats and have no baggage allowance
- Children share a room with the family or group
- Concessionary places are not included in the free place calculation
- Children under 7 are not included in ski lessons (12yrs in France & Austria)
- Cots may not be available
- All supplements are payable in full

You're In Charge!
When parents wish to join in it can be great. They will boost your numbers, create a nice atmosphere and help with supervision. However, you do need to make it clear that they are joining a School Ski Course and you're
in charge!
There may be problems if parents have not skied before
or are used to Summer Sun hotels with luxury features. Please always keep parents informed about timings, price, deposits, rooming etc.
ASCL Qualification
Get your Alpine Ski Course Leader (ASCL) Qualification with Equity and gain the necessary qualification to supervise your group whilst experiencing first hand our first-class operation and service.

Mixed Groups
Parents are always very welcome but we must review the price if they form a greater ratio than 1:8.
We will then offer a special quotation based on our Adult Ski Holiday programme.
Mobile Phones
We advise a few controls because they can be a problem. Sometimes, especially on the first day, children get homesick. Perhaps their boots rub, or they are struggling with the ski lessons - then they phone Mum. It all instantly blows over but parents can get upset and teachers put under pressure. Also, roaming calls are expensive, and damaged or lost phones are not covered by insurance.
Ski Trip Feedback
Your comments and feedback are important to us. We use the results to assess our service. We have an online Customer Service Questionnaire which is quick and easy to use.
No Sales Pressure
We are always delighted to meet our Party Leaders and will visit you whenever you wish, but we know teachers can't spare the classroom time for ad hoc visits and don't want to be pressured anyway.
Therefore, Equity don't employ a field sales force. If you can't speak to us on the phone, that's fine, you can call us, or ask for a call-back at any time you like.
