All-in prices

When you book your school group with Equity you pay just one price and you don’t need to scrutinise the small print for loopholes. We want you to relax and feel secure in the quality service that is part and parcel of booking your ski course with Equity.

What’s included?

We include everything you will need for a successful School Ski Course then we confirm every detail clearly and in writing. Please see the full list on the price insert.

What’s extra

Not much! Only true optional extras like lift pass extensions or extra free places.

Free Supervisory places

1 free teacher’s place for every 10 full paying members for ski courses by Air and 1 free for every 8 by Coach.

No medical excess

There is no excess for medical claims and hardly ever any need for direct payments in resort.

Financial Security

All your payments are secure. We hold our own Air Travel Organisers Licence issued by the Civil Aviation Authority and we are members of ABTA.

Party leaders family concessions

We recognise that you may have difficulty organising a school ski course due to family commitments so we are pleased to offer concessions to the party leaders immediate family for 2007/8 these are:

Spouse – child rate plus adult lift pass supplement
Child under 2 yrs – free
Child 2-16 yrs 25% off
Minimum 25 paying members
Maximum 2 children per group
Under 2’s share air and coach seats and have no baggage allowance
Children share a room with family or group
Family concessions are not included in the free place calculation
Cots may not be available. Please take a carrycot
Children under 7 are not included in ski lessons. 12yrs in France and Austria
All supplements are payable in full
