Who we are
Equity is a specialist provider of group tours for schools and colleges, covering a range of curriculum subjects, ski trips & sports tours. We've been doing this longer than anyone else in the school travel industry.
A ski experience with us gives young people more than the chance to learn to ski - it provides a platform to develop life skills such as resilience and leadership.

As the school ski specialists, we conduct thorough risk assessments and our resorts and hotels are hand-selected because of their suitability for school groups. Our accreditations, including our assurance from the School Travel Forum, enables you as a teacher to “achieve the high health and safety standards governing residential and overseas school trips.”*

24/7 Emergency Contact
We do as much as we can to ensure your trip goes to plan, but should you need to contact us whilst on your trip a duty manager is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week on an emergency number. They will have full details of your tour and be able to deal quickly and effectively with any problems you might have.

The Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 state that we must provide security for the money that you have paid for school trips booked with us. We do this through a bond held by the Civil Aviation Authority under ATOL number 2680. We are also a member of ABTA, number V5376. Below is further information about our financial protection and quality assurance.
Equity has a Safeguarding Policy and Procedure to help you understand how we look after the wellbeing of children and young people on our trips. It explains what our responsibilities are, our principles in enacting on our policy and how you can report any incident to our designated safeguarding officers. For your complete peace of mind the air tour and flights that are arranged by Equity are ATOL protected by the Civil Aviation Authority. If you are abroad with your party and an airline fails, our ATOL bonding ensures that we will get you home as quickly as possible.

Today, IATA's mission is to represent, lead and serve the airline industry. Its members comprise some 240 airlines - the world's leading passenger and cargo airlines among them - representing 84% of total air traffic. The IATA accreditation means that we are allowed to issue tickets on behalf of scheduled airlines.
