St Johann has an impressive snow record, with excellent skiing progression for beginners. Beginners will soon be able to attempt the more challenging runs below the second section of the main gondola back down to the resort.
Intermediate skiers will also find plenty of scope and your lift pass gives you access to skiing at six nearby skiing villages including the Waidring-Steinplatte, Fieberbrunn-Hochfilzen and Pillerseetal, plus the German resort of Winkl.
St Johann is a friendly town within walking distance from the hotel, and has an excellent range of après-ski activities. The local sports centre includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna and gym, and nearby you can also find ice-skating, bowling and sleigh rides.
The centre of Kitzbühel is well worth a visit with its cobbled streets and beautiful shops, and both towns have a wide variety of bars, shops, cafés and discos.
