There is lots of variety here and every type of skier has an abundance of choice. Beginners have good nursery areas and village skiing as well as easy gondola lifts meaning they can enjoy great snow and high mountains!
Soon pupils will progress onto the blues and reds which cover the whole system. This area is a National Park and much of the skiing is on beautiful tree-lined runs through larch forest. Advanced skiers have loads of challenging reds, long blacks, mogul fields and virtually unlimited off piste.
At the heart of the valley is the village of Villeneuve, which has the best access of all of the villages. Overall Serre Chevalier is one of our top resorts and comes highly recommended.
