The main ski area is the high altitude plateau from Alpe Palu. This area provides a good base for beginners and is reached by a 4 minute cable car ride – Europe’s highest cable car! Groups are met at the top by the excellent ski school and then from here there are long gentle runs as well as a big powder basin above the trees.
With 60km of marked runs there is plenty of variety for groups and most importantly, progression here is quick. Chiesa is a quiet resort which means that there’s virtually no queuing and more skiing! The resort is geared towards customer service, and all our groups receive a hot lunch on the mountain and use ski storage by the slopes as part of the standard package!
Off the slopes there is a variety of après-ski options for groups to enjoy including a modern swimming pool complex. Overall this safe, friendly resort is an unbeatable choice for school groups.
