Step 1
Just browse our website, brochure or contact us and we’ll help find the right resort for your group. We can tailor make any quote making sure you get exactly what you want.
Step 2
Once you've found the perfect ski resort for your group, we can make a provisional reservation for you and hold it for two weeks, giving you time to promote your tour and collect deposits. We will also help you promote your tour, sending you a "Launch Pack", including posters, parent/pupil information and details of the proposed trip. In addition, our experienced team will offer support with any questions and parents' evenings.
Step 3
When you are ready to confirm just send us through your Confirmation Booking form along with first deposits. A full party names list is also required at this stage.
Step 4
Second deposits are due 8 weeks later. Your final payment is due 12 weeks before departure.
