Kindly note it is important that this information is correct and submitted by the given date (a minimum of 16 weeks prior to departure for European ski trips and 18 weeks for North American ski trips) to enable us to make final arrangements with the hoteliers, airlines and other service suppliers.
Any delay could jeopardize your reservations. We are unable to accept liability for any failure in service caused by this information arriving late or incomplete. Please be as complete and final as possible to avoid unnecessary changes later, which could mean you incur extra charges. It is important to remember that your pro-forma invoice is based strictly on the latest information that you have supplied to date. Please notify us if there are any discrepancies or queries.
Please remember that settlement of the final invoice is due no later than 10 weeks (12 weeks for USA/Canada) prior to departure. All price and ski tour information is valid as of today's date and may be subject to variation at any time. We trust that this facility will prove a valuable asset but please do not hesitate to contact your tour coordinator, if you need any further assistance.
