The Altenmarkt youth hotel has recently been completely refurbished to a good standard and now boasts a superb range of facilities.

There is a brand new wellness area with sauna and a 180m2 sports hall, 2 large leisure rooms with table tennis, a disco and 2 large dining rooms with cable TV and DVD. There is also a cosy Stüberl for teachers with an open fireplace.

Pupils are accommodated in 4 - 6 bedded rooms, all with private facilities. Teachers are provided with double rooms including private facilities and cable TV.

There is a great choice of skiing in Zauchensee (10 km), Radstadt (4 km), Flachau (7 km) and Wagrain (12 km).
