The Copper Condominiums offer groups modern, comfortable and affordable lodging in well equipped hotel rooms and studios situated in the resort itself. They are located just a 5 minute walk from the lifts in 'The Village', and facilities generally include a laundry, fitness room and hot tub.

The rooms are based on 4 pupils sharing a queen, murphy and bunk beds. Breakfast are taken in a variety of local restaurants or at the base lodge. All groups receive free access to the Athletic Centre with an indoor swimming pool, hot tubs, a sauna and exercise facilities. There is also a free resort shuttle bus as well as the 'Summit Stage' to Frisco and Silverthorne where the Outlet Shopping Malls are located.
