The Beaver Village is the original lodging house in Winter Park. It first opened its doors in 1940 and over the years has earned the reputation as The Group Specialist. Groups generally stay in the Lake Lodge Rooms, which are in a separate annexe to the main building. These are a popular choice as they have two double beds and two single beds in each room and therefore can sleep between 4 and 6 people (6 to a room reduces the cost per student). All rooms have en-suite facilities and TV.

Meals are served in the on-site restaurant, which provides an all-you-can-eat breakfast and a hot buffet dinner. The food is good, wholesome and plentiful, so no one will go hungry! Facilities in the lodge include two indoor hot tubs, a sauna, video games room, bar and pool table. The Grand Adventure Winter Activity centre featuring sleigh and dog sled rides is located on-site. There is a free shuttle bus for transport to the lifts (5 mins) and to downtown Winter Park (2 mins).
