Centrally located Saalbach hotel close to the gondola and village centre. Spacious rooms, good sauna and a nice bar.

The ClubHotel Riegler is well located only 7 mins from central Saalbach and just one minute on the skibus to the Schattberg gondola. Groups can also take the Noddy Train directly to the ski school. We have an inhouse ski and boot store (only about €15 per week) which converts the walk in ski boots into an easy loosener in street shoes. It’s best to start the day from the Schattberg gondola, although there are plenty of other buses to other parts of the system that stop close to the hotel. From the mid station there is a blue run which extends almost back to the hotel but starts as an easy black or red from the top of the mountain.

The Riegler has great views of the north-facing slopes of the Schattberg mountain. On the ground floor, the modern ski store exits onto the hotel terrace where a short, steep access road joins the main road.

There’s also a sauna and a largish reception with internet access point.

Most of the public areas are located on the first floor. The bar is welcoming and well designed, with a pleasant ambience. The lounge has Sky TV and is a relaxing and quiet area.

Most of the bedrooms have a balcony and all have private facilities. They are nicely decorated and comfortable. We highly recommend this excellent ClubHotel, which operates with our customary attention to detail, superb personal service and good food.
