Monte Bondone Italy

Overlooking the city of Trento and just 15mins drive from the motorway exit, Monte Bondone is the oldest ski resort in the Trentino region.

Offering over 30kms of wide tree lined piste. All the runs are covered by more than 200 state of the art snow cannons, virtually guaranteeing excellent snow from the end of November through until the end of April. Famous for the Panoramica run recently renamed the Gran Pista, a 4km red run offering every style of skiing a skier could dream for, with its twists, turn, dips and jumps.
A total of 15 runs ranging from blues to blacks offer ideal progression for beginners through to intermediates. The resort is actually made up of two separate area, fondly know as Lower Bondone and Upper Bondone; Vaneze at 1200m and 10minutes drive up the mountain, Vason at 1650m, the ski area is just one area with all the runs and lifts fully linking the two areas.

Located at the mid station and opened in 2009 is the Snowpark, a purpose built area for snowboarder and currently rated as one of the best snowboard parks in Northern Italy, numerous jumps and rails surround the main feature, the 120 metre long SuperPipe with sides over 5 metres high !!!!

Ski school meets and finishes at Vason, so you will can either use your coach to drive the 10min up the mountain from the hotel, or for those groups free skiing can take the 2 chairlift and easy blue runs to ski school meeting point or take the easy blue back to the hotel after lessons.
