City Stopovers Canada & America

Some groups prefer to ski for the whole 6 days and some groups like to take the opportunity to explore an American or Canadian city.
The choice is yours. Our prices include 7 nights stay and 5 days skiing so you can swap your last night in resort with a city stopover.

Los Angeles | San Francisco | Edmonton | Toronto/ Niagra Falls | Boston | New York

Statue of Liberty in New York NEW YORK
The world's most famous and exciting city is an unforgettable experience for everyone, every time they go there. The cityscape, almost a cliché from so many movies, does not disappoint up close. The financial district, known as the Canyons, is crammed with superb examples of 20th century skyscrapers. The Empire State Building, 42nd Street, Grand Central Station and Times Square all have their own special atmosphere and are all grouped together in midtown.
There are some wonderful tours you can do to get a feel of the city in general or to concentrate on any specific area like Chinatown, Little Italy, the theatre district or Greenwich Village.

Statue of Liberty in New York BOSTON
'The Gateway to New England'. Walkable, historic and atmospheric, Boston blends old-world charm and modern convenience better than most American cities. You will find some of the best-preserved historic buildings in the country. There are several places that are a must whilst you are there; the famous 'Cheers Bar'; Quincy Market, which has a fabulous food hall, and some great shops.

CN tower in Toronto TORONTO/ NIAGRA FALLS
Actor Peter Ustinov once said that Toronto is like “New York run by the Swiss” and you can certainly see why. This big and beautiful city is spotlessly clean and terribly efficient. There's plenty of shopping and sightseeing to be done before heading off to The Falls the following day.
Niagra Falls Included in your stay is overnight accommodation in Toronto (Don't miss the night views from the CN Tower) and a day trip to Niagara Falls giving you time to look around all of the attractions. The 'Journey behind the Falls' walk is also included and is a fantastic experience in itself as you walk down through rock portals behind the huge curtain of cascading water.

The pyramids of the Muttart Conservatory in Edmonton,Alberta EDMONTON
Capital of Alberta, Edmonton is one of Canada's most visited tourist destinations. Understandably it has much to offer, from Chinatown Gate to a cosmopolitan downtown and the largest shopping mall in Canada, the West Edmonton Mall. And all this under one roof! Staying at the Edmonton Inn you'll be close to the action and you can finish your trip with what will be an unforgettable stopover.
